We DO NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products that are not damaged/faulty or incorrect. If you have selected the incorrect shade, we will not be able to refund or exchange the product. Please ensure you select the correct shade before checkout. You can contact us via Instagram before making a purchase should you require assistance with shade matching.
